She fearlessly and effortlessly put out fires
And inspired us to mentor all, especially new hires

A true leader that always raised the bar
One that supported us to do our best by far

Into the office she would swiftly walk
And her entire team, they would quickly flock

She was tough as nails, through thick and thin
Especially during work stoppage, she would never give in

Even after she posted the schedule people had loads of fun
Sometimes she needed to cross the line to get the job done

During team meetings she encouraged us to brainstorm
And now our world, she has been forever transformed

Lucky her - she is living the dream
Reclining in Phoenix and eating ice cream

Who am I speaking of you ask?
Someone who's legacy will forever last!
